মানিকগঞ্জের হাজারি গুড়
খেজুরের রস জ্বাল দিয়ে ধীরে ধীরে তৈরি হয় গুড়। হাতে নিয়ে চাপ দিলে এই গুড় গুড়ো হয়ে যায়। জিভে নিলেই মিঠা স্বাদ আর গন্ধের এই গুড় জানান দেয় কেন এর সু্খ্যাতি দেশজোড়া।
এটিই মানিকগঞ্জের হাজারি গুড়।
শুধু দেশেই নয়, মানিকগঞ্জের হাজারি গুড়ের খ্যাতি ছড়িয়েছে বিদেশেও। এই গুড়ের নামেই জেলার ব্র্যান্ডিং করা হয়েছে 'হাজারি গুড় আর বাউল গান, মানিকগঞ্জের আসল প্রাণ।'
